Sports and other physical activities can also take place on location. Various (light) activities can take place in any available hall or grassy area. During your lunch break or, even better, during working hours! The activities can be so organised that the employees go back to work fit and active. It is often not even necessary to have a shower afterwards.
Within 30 minutes, various Pilates or yoga exercises will fully release your stress. The very accessible stretching exercises, movements and postures performed on energetic music, are suitable to all. A special focus will be put on your abdominal and back muscles (your “core”). You will soon notice that your flexibility, breathing, concentration, posture and strength improve and that your back, shoulder and neck muscles become more relaxed.
